Mavin is responsible for the overall management of the ZJE administration office. He coordinates work between the Institute’s and the International Campus teams, and overall responsibility for HR, foreign affairs, research, laboratory and finance.
Jie is responsible for the overall quality control and quality assurance of teaching activities in ZJU-UoE. She also manages the postgraduate programme and postgraduate student affairs, recruitment of postdoctoral junior research staff, as well as scientific grant application and management.
Keith's role is to manage student affairs according to the school rules and regulations together with the related departments. He helps students to familiarise themselves with college level courses and provides advice according to individual circumstance. He also helps students with issues such as mental health and the future development.
Cheryl is responsible for providing administrative support for academic affairs across all undergraduate programmes at ZJU-UoE Institute. She facilitates the development of the Biomedical Informatics programme and maintains the undergraduate's research training system in the Institute.

Daisy is responsible for the construction and management of the teaching laboratories. She assists with chemical and equipment preparation, improves the safety system of the teaching laboratories and covers site arrangements for every practical class.

Hannah is responsible for the production and development of the Institute’s online communications, to reach prospective UG and PG students, and designing the Institute’s annual domestic marketing and communications plan, including student recruitment marketing campaigns. Also, her role is to provide supporting services for students, scholarship application and activities organisation.
Tao is responsible for assisting the Senior Institute Administrator in scientific research management, including platform construction and maintenance, laboratory management, laboratory safety and fixed assets management.
