With the increasing investment of human and material resources in scientific research in China, the research team in the field of cell biology is also increasing year by year. Every year, many young scholars set up their own independent laboratories and research teams to explore the unknown fields of cell biology. These outstanding young workers have rich scientific research experience, however, they might lack experience in laboratory and scientific research team management.
The youth working committee of the Chinese society for cell biology is concerned about the need of the new youth PI, so they decided to hold Whangpoo Laboratory Leadership Academy(WLLA) for youth PI, to provide comprehensive team management training.
2019 WLLA will be held between 20th to 23th Jan. in International Campus of Zhejiang University.
