Shuaiyin is responsible for general administrative affairs including OA management, document drafting, meeting minutes, document issuance, record management, official receptions, vehicle usage, international business trips, seal usage and external exchange etc.
Jiao is responsible for brand promotion and culture cultivation including new media operations, promotion materials production, brand promotion team development and organization of major events etc.
Yijie is responsible for finance management including financial regulation development and implementation, budget and final accounts management, financial auditing and compliance,fund and expenditure management, daily reimbursement processing, financial advisory and consultation and financial training etc.
Sijia is responsible for official receptions, vehicle usage, Dean’s office hours coordination, record and document management, materials resource management, support for UoE faculty and support for major events etc.
